Women’s Retreat to Celebrate Rev. Carr’s Faithful Ministry: August 15-17
A late summer retreat for Women of the Church is currently being planned for the weekend of August 15-17 at Hallelujah Farm, a retreat center just across the Vermont border in New Hampshire. You can check out the center through their website.
This is an opportunity for women of all ages to come together in a beautiful location for time together and time for quiet relaxation and reflection. It would be a great joy for me, as I prepare for retirement, to have opportunities to explore the emotional, spiritual and physical places each of us are experiencing now and to share insights with and wisdom with the whole group.
There is plenty of room for all, including those with accessibility issues. The cost for the weekend is $200, including room, board and a scholarship contribution for those needing financial assistance; you may make your payment online, or make a check out to First Congregational Church, MEMO: Women’s Retreat.
