The Society of the Companions of the Holy Cross (SCHC) is a religious community of 800 Anglican women. Five New England Episcopalian members of the SCHC Outreach Committee spent two weeks in the West Bank and East Jerusalem on a Witness Visit sponsored by Sabeel Ecumenical Liberation Theology Center, East Jerusalem. Come to hear them talk and ask your questions about what they saw and experienced — the facts on the ground.
Topics include home demolitions, refugee camps, the separation wall, the spirit of the Palestinian people, Kairos Palestine, Rabbis for Human Rights, and interfaith nonviolent direct action.
