The Christian Action Committee is pleased to announce that Rev. Debbie Ingram, Executive Director of Vermont Interfaith Action will be our special guest at a “First Church Forum” that will follow the 10 a.m. worship service on Sunday, March 1.
Rev. Debbie Ingram, is an ordained UCC minister who is a graduate of Stanford University and Fuller Theological Seminary and completed a fellowship at Cambridge University, England.
Vermont Interfaith Action is a faith-based, grassroots coalition of Vermont congregations that has a vision to “transforms ordinary people into empowered and engaged citizens. VIA’s goal is to create the hope, power, knowledge, and political will needed to make compassion and social justice a reality for all Vermonters.” Our Forum on March 1 will be a great opportunity to learn more about the social justice advocacy mission of VIA.
