A Message from Minister Carrie Bail (July 21)

CarrieBail.June2016As of tomorrow (Friday, July 22), I will have been with you for three whole weeks! Many faces are starting to look familiar, as well as a few names, and I am settling into my new home environment next to the river, at the Woolen Mill in Winooski. It’s the best kind of lullaby, that waterfall.

Hopefully most of you also recognize my face – and maybe even my voice – by now. As we chart a course for this interim time together, I want to hear from as many of you as possible. Background and history, healings and hurtings, shattered dreams and new-born visions.  The first stage of any interim is a confidential gathering of the congregation’s story and everyone’s voice is welcome.

So far, I’m finding myself at the church office a good deal of the time, and if you want to catch me there, just call ahead to make sure. If you’d rather meet to talk somewhere outside the church, that’s also good – I am eager to get to know your favorite spots about town. You can always drop me an email or call to arrange a date.

May God’s lush blessings of summer be yours!

Carrie
