Who am I?    What is my place?    Why am I here?
These are important questions to ask of ourselves as we look to the future.
Who is God? What is the church? Why was Jesus here?
These are equally important questions to ask of ourselves as we seek to grow our community of faith.
noohra is the Aramaic word for “God’s light in the world.”

In the noohra workshop, a 4-week series starting after the 10 a.m. service on January 14, we’ll join together to ask ourselves these questions in the hopes of better understanding who we are, how we relate to each other, and what it means for us to shine God’s light in the world.

We are hoping for, and inviting, participation from the entire congregation in noohra  on Sundays, January 14, 21, 28 and February 4.  We anticipate that faithful themes, for goals and plans for our church, will emerge from the engaging program being planned.

Lunch and childcare will be provided.   You do NOT have to be a member to participate. If you have questions, please contact Community Ministries Coordinator, Ava Kelly by email (av[email protected]) or check in with her on any Sunday.
