Made up of students in grades 6 through 8, this group typically meets at least twice a month from September through May or June. Like the 4th/5th grade group, their meetings often combine service/educational opportunities with time for fun and fellowship. They enjoy preparing and eating dinner with the residents of Dismas House; they present several skits in worship depicting Bible stories/lessons over the course of the year. Always a favorite, there are at least two overnights in the church, which combine service, worship, and fun. As in the 4th/5th Grade Youth Group, parent volunteers are a vital part of this program.
